Credit For Caregiving Act

I just read about the above Act on the AARP Web Page. How many senior caregivers will this really help? I am a 70+ year old caregiver for my husband and we have low income, but not low enough for SNAP, and do not work. We do not have to file taxes. How would this benefit those of us in this?

Yes what is this about? myself I have been taking of my wife since 2019- she had 3 operations for removal of cancers. I am taking care of her since the operations and even before. she is in remission but radiation has damaged the throat area whereas she is finally coming around to eat by mouth. but eating has been limited at this time.
