Anyone else caregiver for a parent AND a toddler grandchild?

I am a caregiver for both my Alzheimer's/Parkinson's 87 YO mother in beginning late stages and my 33 month old step grandson with language delays and I'm wondering if anyone else is struggling with this too!  I'm feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to turn.  I'm starting to feel resentment and then guilt for feeling resentment!  Lol!  Help,!
