A ride to outpatient procedure

 I apologize if this seems off-topic but I'm not sure where else to place this question.

 I recently moved to a new area, Brownsville Texas, and need to have someone with me during an outpatient procedure. The requirement is to drive me to and from the procedure and wait in the waiting room during the procedure. I know no one at this point to ask to spend the morning during this activity. I also cannot seem to find an organization that provides this service.
