how frustrating does getting help have to be

Im sent emails asking to be an advocate for this and that but I'm 55 and on disability, no savings after being forced to move in 2022 due to tangled deed and now, facing eviction because the property manager never told me about partial rent payment not made by me (debit is as good as cash) or coming from my account being returned non sufficient funds.    Seems even if you are on disability, you don't qualify for anything unless you are 65 plus (no disrespect to seniors is intended).  I've never been late for rent in my adult life and had i been informed about the NSF when it occurred, I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now.   Since when doesn't a property manager/landlord inform you that your check was returned by the bank?  (Wells Fargo should just be shut down).  My 55th bday was yesterday and I'm ready to give up.  Since moving, my credit score has dropped 300 points, and it's not getting better.  Having getting my credit straight and years of fighting to get incorrect information removed by myself, I finally had everything in order.  Someone thinks they have a right to something they didn't and the worst representative from a company who only is interested in getting their money back plus 100% profit, doesn't mind hiring someone who uses threats and scare tactics to get what he wants, then insults those same people,  I didn't do anything, including turning in the person who lied to court personnel, then a week before getting the house signed back to the correct and only owner (brother) ended up dying and his girlfriend thinks she's entitled to the house and quickly gets in touch with a equity company in order to sell the house as is and in less than 30 days after finding out I have information that would stop everything.   so many crooked people who take advantage and lie but they come out on top, I go ahead and not only pay $90,000 over a number of years on a home that was entirely paid for but a loan was taken out so brother could buy a new house, I made repairs, I didn't get a dime and I had to move within 30 days while being harassed daily by the loser representative of the scum company who basically preys and hopes people don't know the laws.   What exactly are my benefits of being an AARP member?    not one thing there's nothing useful and stop trying to get me to be an advocate when I can't help myself and there's no help for me
