Cell phone for the visually impaired

I am needing a good recommendation for a cell phone for my mother who is visually impaired, techincally challenged, and would like a one that is basic and/or simple to use.

@AndrewA371250 . There are several that might work. I think the most important thing is to find one with "Voice Control". Check with different companies. There is one company called BlindShell that makes them specifically for low or more visually impaired. If they are too expensive, check other brands for the voice control and large buttons.
