I think the 'When talking about suicide, avoid using these words' is a bit one sided.
The Mental Health elephant in the room that everyone ignores is Antisocial Personality Disorder (which is probably a spectrum kinda like autism). It really is imperative that we, collectively, find ways to be prosocially intolerant of existing antisocial values, rituals and behaviors in our culture. And proactively prevent new ones from being adopted.
Utopia and Dystopia are two sides of the same coin. One is said to be unattainable because it is Perfection. The other is unattainable because it is Self Destruction. The only practical assessment is which one should we be trending toward.
