Unable to update Profile for Create the Good volunteer community CreateTheGood.org

The welcome email from createthegoodreply@email.aarp.org and the link on the https://createthegood.aarp.org/about/ webpage contains a link to register or update my profile. However, when I attempt to do this, I get a blank page with the message:

(I have already cleared cache and done a hard reload of the page, this does not fix the problem. I am using Chrome browser on a Windows 10 computer.)

Thanks for letting us know about the error, gp6241. Can you please try opening an incognito window through your internet browser settings and try again through that window? If you can, please try a different internet browser to see if you're receiving the same error. Let me know if that helps! - Brandon C.
