Turn Off Paper Version of the AARP Magazine

I don’t read the AARP magazine because it’s not interesting.  It must cost AARP money to mail the magazine to me and the money can be spent better elsewhere. Is there any way that I can get this mailing stopped?

Hi Kerfluffled! We are always happy to help our members be paperless! To remove you from our mailing list, you can contact us by:

  • Selecting the CHAT icon when available. Learn how to chat with AARP.
  • Sending a direct message via Facebook Messenger or X. You must log in to your social network account. You will leave AARP.org and go to a website that is not operated by AARP. A different privacy policy and terms of service will apply.
  • Calling 1-888-OUR-AARP (1-888-687-2277).

AARP prints our mailing labels in advance. Once we’ve removed you from our mailing list, it will take 4–6 weeks for you to stop receiving mail. -Sue J
