Reward points should NOT expire

Reward points for activities, etc should NOT expire!!

If you earned them, they should not take them away. How else can you work to attain a balance high enough to get something that is worthwhile and something small that you did not need in thr first place.

Someone in charge of Rewards should investigate, change that bad policy and let us all know .

 I agree, how are they a Reward you earned if they are able to expire? I guess that way you can't get any big rewards, just $2-$5 discounts. They don't tell you that some games you play, there is rules to get points even if you play it.( certain amount of points) Or you get a No points this time because you already played, when you didn't. This RICH nonprofit  needs to spend some of their money on fixing issues

Having more than 100k points and nothing valuable to redeem, minimum 3 redemption per month and one-time redemption of a gift card. Riiiiiiiiiiiiidiiiiiiiiiiculous 😤

 I really agree with this.  I can't figure out how to use them; a $5 discount for unwanted items is ridiculous; there seems to be no way to donate them.  I would rather accumulate them and wait to use them for something useful.
