I am a member, and I understand your frustration and disappointment. Currently, the rewards program is lacking in those areas, yes. Trying to be positive is becoming more difficult. Of course, I'm hopeful things will get better. Could it get any worse? Sure it can. Cross fingers the glass is half full, and not half empty, in the near future. Nobody likes a shattered glass, however, which is another perspective, but one I've adopted over the years.
