Get your card first, view your card online, then call and give the agent all your info bin, pcn, grp, aarp member id.  

Worked for me .... I no longer drive, so this is nice.  I get my 3 months of my med, for less than one month from Walgreen

   HiTodd, no, not United Healthcare,  I have a medicare advantange plan.  With the AARP prescription discount card by OptumRX .... you dont use insirance.  I get three months of my meds now , home delivered, as I no longer drive to Walgreens...( where Walgreens charged me more for just one month of meds)
