Local Restaurant Coupon not working although never used

Please assist me with accessing a coupon. There are two offers for NIECIE'S RESTAURANT 6441 Troost Ave KCMO, MO 64131 using this link https://memberoffers.aarp.org/?code=FQ62HbJoiJ9Pyonm0sF4X3XgD92vriWZ4LwtzWN0qaw&state=augeo

I would like to use the $15 off purchase of $30 or more.

I attempted to use the Print the coupon button but it received a message saying "Unable to redeem offer. Offer usage limit has been reached." However, I've not used this coupon previously. I cleared my history, cache, etc and attempt again with the same result.
