Expedia/AARP Customer Service

I made a reservation using Expedia/AARP and the date was off by one day.  Called immediately to change, and got no satisfaction.  Expedia/AARP kept the entire room charge for profit.  Told me to try again using the date I wanted and pay again.  This is like playing reservation roulette.  Will never again use Expedia/AARP and plan to terminate my membership.  Scams targeting seniors are a frequent topic in AARP publications, and AARP is running one itself -- go figure.

Call the place you made the reservation. I did that one time, and they just changed the dates on their end.
