Driver course expired in 30 days???!

I decided to join AARP, gotta pop up about the drivers course reduction on insurance, signed us both up and two weeks later left on a camping trip. I got sick, tire blew out, refrigerator crashed, battery died, and mostly not enough Wi-Fi to do anything but check email. There was no warning the course was about to expire and it never occurred to either of us that it would. the landing page that led to the registration may have had the info but it would've been awfully fine print for us to miss it.

is this a nice money making scheme for AARP? Had I known, obviously I wouldn't have bought it then. What's the deal with it being 60 days everywhere else in the country and only 30 in New York and CT by the way? who does that benefit and how? Supposedly on the side of seniors. my Social Security check makes me eligible for snap benefits and I don't have the money to waste. Shame on you

@LizW630419, I am very sorry about the driver safety course expiration. You can contact their office if you have any questions about the difference in the expiration time for NY and CT. They can be reached at 1-800-350-7025. Nadine T.
