Cinnabon discount refused

I went to Del Amo mall in Torrance and decided to surprise my husband with some Cinnabons and I was told that the owner does not honor the AARP discount. I was disappointed to find this out, shouldn’t all Cinnabon retailers honor the discount if that’s what you advertise?

@PaulaP776359 I'm sorry to hear this happened, Paula. Have you had an opportunity to sign in to your Cinnabon Rewards account and enter your AARP membership number to link your accounts?  Once linked, your discount will always appear in your Cinnabon Rewards account. I invite you to check out the details here: https://partners.cinnabon.com/aarp/.  - Janelle M.

I hate when this happens. What it is, the national corp. offers and advertises doing this stuff. Then you go to use the promo and its "Sorry, we are local owned and operated."

AARP should look into this. If not good in all the stores then don't let them put it on this site.

KFC refused to honor mine. 2 different stores, different address, different dates. Notified AARP about my experience and at least was refunded my points, but are still listed in Near to You.  🤔
