CARNIVAL GIFT CARDS, NO LONGER AVAILABLE?.

Well, it appears that AARP has discontinued the Carnival gift card.  First the discount dropped and now it appears they are gone.  

What I would like to know is this a decision of AARP or Carnival?  Since there appears to be conflicting stories on who determines the gift card discounts, we the member do not know who to believe.
