Pursue Your Passion sweepstakes

Both my wife and I have been unable to enter this latest $10K sweepstakes.  We get nothing but "bad request" no matter what we try.  We have cleared the cache, history, browser etc numerous times, logged out, back in, nothing works.  Tried to get help via the chat link, agent said she would escalate the issue, expect a reply by email, but nothing yet.  We're now more than two weeks into the sweeps time, still two months to go, so we're not panicked yet, but it would be nice to get some sore of acknowledgement or explanation.  This happens to us on two different laptops, and on three different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox).  HELP!!

Last day to enter and it's the same bad link. How could they not be aware of this problem and fix it. Shouldn't be promoting it on their website. It's a bad look

Also official rules (https://aarp.promo.eprize.com/pursueyourpassion/public/fulfillment/rules.pdf) contains instructions to enter contest using link (aarp.org/10kpursueyourpassionsweeps) which just redirects to home page (aarp.org)!

 

Then, noticing the URL is to eprize.com, not aarp.com, this means it is apparently a third-party sweepstakes administrator who manages the contest and website. The official rules are © 2025 Merkle Inc. 

 

No way to enter this contest, apparently.

 

AARP, shame on you!

Well, it seems to be working again. This contest website has been down for most of the duration and it ends in just a week. AARP, perhaps time to find a new host, eprize.com is not doing a good job.
