GETTING AARP TO CREDIT POINTS FOR CODEWORD

  AARP fails every day to credit points for CODEWORD.  Points get applied for all other games/videos/quizzes, etc., but not this one.  I'm tired of "chat" people who can't seem to get the problem solved.

AND so it goes............ again................ still................ no points awarded for codeword since almost forever.  AND it gets reported regularly. AND they don't fix it. AND................

Failure to solve problems like this is standard. Prompt correction of problems would be shocking!
