Why can’t I play Secret Files on my mobile device?

I can’t seem to play Secret File on my mobile device.  What am I doing wrong?

There is an issue with certain mobile devices where the categories do not show up on the filing cabinets, making the game impossible to play. This game is best played on a computer or device larger than a phone screen. Secret Files!
