Free gift.. 😞

I just opened up my speaker... Same as everyone else. Lights and connects but- no sound...AARP if you're giving away gifts that don't work, why don't you either fix the issue OR how about not waste all those resources and add more plastic to the world. Save the planet! Please stop giving away garbage! Either fix problem or don't give it away.. it's blue light until I try to play sound- then it goes red and no sound. Garbage, very disappointed.
