Writing is therapeutic. You may not know what is inside your mind until you start putting words on a piece of paper. You'll be surprised of the ideas, feelings, dreams that would come out. Just try it. Don't shoot for a perfect poem, essay or short story, just write down the first word that comes to your head and put it on paper. Follow it with more espontaneus words and you will find that some ideas will follow. Don't worry for gramar, sintaxis or anything else. It's your chance to be as free as you can be.
