Called (hung up on) texted, messages because my rewards account doesn’t work for the last 2 months. No one will help and the same response “we understand your frustration” BUT AARP DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT HELP. MY ACCOUNT WAS ESCALATED AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT 10 DAYS and I will be contacted it’s know been 20 days and NO HELP
AARP SUCKS AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PROBLEM WOULD BE SO DIFFICULT TO FIX.
I DON’t plan on renewing likesp many others that are experiencing this!!!!
