Unable to ULTA reward

  I have plenty of point and am an AARP member, but I'm unable to use points for a $5 ULTA gift card I click on it and it doesn't give me the option to use points.

Hi,

Have you completed the extra credit activities for the Ulta gift card? @ https://www.aarp.org/rewards/redeem/extracredit/

Once that's done, the redeem button should appear.

The 3 day maintenance seems to have removed the link directing users to complete the activities for all extra credit gift cards.

 Thanks, I thought of that too. But when I checked I had completed those activities.
