What’s the point of having a membership when you can’t even use your redemption points. I have contacted Aarp several times and nobody will help me. They keep saying I will get an email once it’s fixed. This has been going on for two months now ….ridiculous. There’s no way it should take this long to fix. Come on Aarp. Let’s get this fixed. You can do better than this.
I hope you got some response from AARP. I have been told the same thing you were told. They say I will receive an email once the problem is fixed. So, I cannot redeem points and cannot earn points. I can see everything that is offered to be redeemed, if only I could! I can come to this forum to see what others are saying. But that is it. I don’t understand why it is taking so long. Are we actually just block for some reason and there is really nothing to fix?
