Start December 26

I start shopping for holiday gifts and decor on December 26. If you wait until January 2 -March 1st the following year, you get all holiday clothing and decorations 75 - 90% off. The retailers want them out of the way for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Spring items in the store. Store them in marked boxes with a gift list so you won't have to shop again for presents. October is the cut off. If you haven't shopped yet, expect to buy inflated Holiday prices.
