The Rewards Program gives me the ability to entertain and acquire points for gift cards and dining options. I usually check in everyday and enjoy the trivia games and the poker. Accumulating points for watching the videos and especially all the quiz options are definitely worth the time because they are fun to do. And don't forget the sweepstakes, winning is great!

I love using AARP Rewards during the holidays because every point I earn helps me stretch my budget further. I redeem points for gift cards and discounts, which means I can surprise my family with thoughtful presents without overspending. I also use the savings on everyday purchases, like groceries and gas, so I have more left over for holiday treats and decorations.
The benefit of Consumer Cellular is a monthly savings that I really like butthere are more. I enjoy the instant win program and getting $10.00 of local eateries. My older Brother recently lost his wife and as a widower, I enjoy dropping off $10.00 to a restaurant or fast food to him. He can virtually eat free and it gets him out of the house. He is 80 and I enjoy helping him in littlle ways.

Yesterday an appliance of ours went on the fritz and it couldn't be repaired. After research, I found the appliance I wanted and it was on sale at Lowe's. Viola! When I earn rewards points on AARP, I trade them in for $5 gift cards to places I need. And I had two gift cards to Lowe's for a total of $10. I then purchased $100 gift cards to Lowe's on the redeem rewards site at an 8% discount. So my appliance was on sale and then I saved an extra 10% on top of that because of the AARP rewards program. THAT is how I saved my Christmas budget from being raided. Thank you AARP.

I I enjoy watching informative and discussion provoking videos. I've learned a lot from them and the quizzes. I still like hardcopy materials - please don't stop printing the magazine and news-paper-like materials. I don't want to be on my phone or computer all the time to stay informed.

I enjoy the games and watching informative videos and doing quizzes. I retain a lot of the knowledge I get from AARP rewards and it helps in my daily life. People often ask me "How did you know that?" and I tell them I read or watched it on AARP. I love redeeming points for gift cards, every little bit helps and I purchase discounted gift cards and enter sweepstakes and play the instant wins.

This rewards program has been a true comfort. Being laid off after 26 years was devastating, and the year-long job search was grueling.
The videos offer me a way to keep learning—improving my health, mind, and skills, and staying safe from scams. Earning points for gift cards, even small wins, provided moments of much-needed hope and gratitude. They truly made a difference until I finally secured my new job. Thank you for this meaningful boost!

I enjoy keeping up with the weekly quizzes on news and what is happening as well as educating myself more through AARP videos. Not only am I earning points that could be put towards gift cards and gifts this holiday season, but I’m also giving myself the gift of knowledge and staying informed!

I experienced the "joy of savings" this year by taking advantage of Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale prices and paying for gifts with AARP Rewards gift cards. I sent gift baskets to our family and friends (local and across the country) using the 1-800-Flowers family of companies (includes Harry & David's) and saved 30-50% on each gift. You can only use one gift card per order, so I did separate orders for each gift basket. I paid a flat rate for an annual membership to the shipping club which gave me free shipping after the first order.

Good grief! How did you get so many points? I've got about 3000 and I can't get anything worthwhile for that amount. The lower tier of awards are not worth anything. A print out on how to make lists? We are old-- please, I mastered that by the time I was 10!

If you link a fitness tracker to the AARP app, you get 500 points every time you hit 5,000 steps a day. (At least for me, 5,000 does it. Due to a handicap, that's my step goal. I don't know if it's a fixed 5,000, or if it's when you meet your goal.) A good way to rack up a lot of points rather quickly.
