AARP Hearing Center
Last October I reported having issues with my Fitbit syncing/getting points for 5K and 10K steps. So I received the message below from AARP. They haven't been able to resolve. Anybody else successfully getting points for steps from your Fitbit or other tracker? Which one, which model?
"I wanted to provide you with an update regarding the syncing issues you've been experiencing with your fitness tracker and AARP Rewards.
We have thoroughly investigated the issue you reported and have exhausted all troubleshooting steps, including:
1. Verifying there is no system wide issue impacting fitness tracker connections to the AARP Now App
2. Verifying there is no current issue impacting the syncing of your respective fitness tracker device brand to the AARP Now App
3. Confirming that your AARP Rewards account is active
Unfortunately, it appears that the syncing problem may be related to your individual device or its compatibility with our system. If after attempting the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following articles you are still not able to sync your device, we would recommend attempting, if feasible, to attempt to sync a different fitness tracker. "
Ive also been experiencing issues with Fibit Syncing. I used to easily sync when i got my first watch. I have two (silver & gold) to compliment my jewelry. I believe in 2023 FitBit alerted me they will be moving to Google and since then, I've had all kinds of issues. Now I cant even reach a person on the phone.
I can understand how frustrating this can be. @KarenW116474. Please check our article for troubleshooting: https://aarp.info/3v19IpI - Diana G.
@susanjski , I am hoping AARP @AARPConsumerCare has contacted you or will BEFORE they "clock" out for TODAY in another 4 minutes. Take care, Nicole👵
