I could be wrong but don’t be surprised if someone responds that you, your internet provider, or your email software(or settings) or something other than AARP is to blame for interruption in newsletter delivery.
I have never had more problems receiving newsletters from others compared to AARP newsletters. I hope AARP can get the newsletter problems fixed for you and anyone else who get no or sloppy service.
Best of luck,

For the last 2 weeks, I am not receiving the AARP Rewards emails on Tuesday or Friday. I used to just go into the AARP Community RE: Rewards Email Promo Code posted by a member of the community for those of us that didn't get the email. Now it says my access is denied. Can you help? All I ever do is say thank you to our friend that posts the promo code. Help! and Thank You
I am not receiving any emails from AARP for the last 2 weeks. I can logon okay to the website. Just spent about 45 mins with AARP folks including a web person who could send me an email directly from post.aarp.org but nothing else is coming through. It shows on their end that tons of stuff was sent me the last 2 weeks. When I go to the web site I get asked to confirm or verify email and an email will be sent me to click on but I never receive anything, it doesn't matter what page I go to, account, newsletters etc.. So since I do not get an email to confirm I do not get anything from AARP. I have been a member since 2000! AARP claims there is nothing wrong on their end. It is strange though that others are having the same problem in the same time frame. Apparently noone at AARP can help. Am getting e-mails from everyone else just okay though except for AARP!
Do not know if this will work for others. I checked on the web on how to check blocked addresses on my email account. Then when I checked the list lo and behold aarp was there! Not sure how since the most I do with aarp emails is to delete them. At any rate I am now at least receiving the emails to confirm my email address. Haven't received any emails with the newsletters I subscribed to but hopefully they will soon start comin. Hope this helps someone else too.
I am getting the same message when i try to go onto the forum titled "Latest available points only"- it says access denied.
Good to know it's not just me being "special"
Hi CatherineS641676,
The AARP Rewards newsletters offer valuable educational content, perks, tips, and occasional exclusive offers. Plus, you'll find a trivia question with a promo code in each edition! The trivia promo code is intended for our loyal subscribers, and we ask that the code not be publicly shared. If you are signed up for the newsletter and have not received it, we want to check your subscription. Please send us a private message so that we can review it.
-AARP Darryl
How do you get the newsletter. I thought I was signed up for it but never received it and some others. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving your AARP newsletters, @coolmaine. Just to be sure, did you check your spam/junk folder? To check the Newsletters you're currently subscribed to, please check our article: https://aarp.info/3wyCWgP - Diana G.
Thanks
Darryl-Excuse me for being very non computer literate, but I can't figure out how to send a private message. I found where to enable it, but not how to send a message private. I would appreciate your help and thanks
Hey Darryl-Catherine here again. I apologize for thinking it was ok to share the code. I don't understand why it wouldn't be okay, but I will agree to follow your rules. I never knew that was a thing.
Hi Darryl-I appreciate your time. I am and have been signed up for the newsletter for a long time. It quit appearing in my email about 2 weeks ago, and I am confused as to why. I have changed nothing on my settings. Then when I tried to access the community page on my email posted by a community member with the promo code shared for us, it now says "access denied". None of this makes sense to this old girl. I appreciate any help you can give. I still receive the AARP Daily and Web letter, just not the AARP Rewards newsletter that comes on Tuesday and Friday. I am grateful for any help.

Thanks for at least a clue. I appreciate you
