Holding my gift cards hostsge

Last week, I purchased 2 $250 Amtrak e-gift cards. They never arrived via email. After a ton of phone calls, I was told it could take 5-10 business days. Completely unaccountable. Fast forward to yesterday, I received an email from Cynthia one of the ombudsmans telling me that my issue had been resolved and I would receive my gift cards by the end of the day yesterday. Guess what….. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GIFT CARDS and of course I can not reach her until 8 am on Monday. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m ready to call my bank at this point and report it as a fraudulent charge.  🤬🤬🤬

I am having the same problem with $1k of southwest gift cards.  ordered on 2/6/2025, I asked about them on 2/17, sait it would take 5-10 business days.  Waited the 10, spoke to some on 3/7/2025, still no answer nor cards.  Very frustrating.  I am also ready to report it as fraud.  Very disappointing.

 I am having the same issue with $1k of Airbnb gift cards. I ordered 3/2 called 3/5 told up to 10 business days - call yesterday - all i get is it is in the queue to be worked on.....have you gotten any resolution.  Missed the rental due to this unacceptable delay.  How can I get this resolved?
