Help with AARP Rewards

I am having difficulty accessin AARP rewards as a paying menber. How do I determine what the issue is?

@sls327 , I was hoping AARP @AARPConsumerCare would have "helped" you BEFORE they "clocked out" for tonight at 8pm ET. But "maybe" they sent you an AARP Private Message (PM). IF not, they "clock back" in at 8am ET tomorrow (Friday). Alot of us use the AARP Chat to ask for help. Fingers crossed your issue is now fixed. Take care, Nicole  ๐Ÿ‘ต
