Cruise Line Gift Cards email error

So I just bought 2 $500 gift cards. And after I clicked to purchase my email was incorrect!!

At the end of my email there was a period after (.com.) . Where can I check my purchase of gift cards on here? Can someone please help me with this issue?

Click the Chat icon at the bottom right of your screen to talk to a live representative, type Chat with an Agent and then click or type Yes. I purchased two $500 and one $100 Carnival cards over 5 hours ago and still haven’t received them. This is ridiculous! They are showing up on my credit card but are nowhere to be found in email folders. Not even a confirmation email.

Gift cards were received 18 hours later. Lesson learned- it is not immediate receipt.

When this happened to me, I called the number for an AARP rep and got assured right away. Try it so you don’t feel upset waiting. Happy cruising!

Check your credit card. I bet the transaction didn’t go through because the email address wouldn’t have been valid. Or maybe it did go through because the end period was insignificant. Check your junk/spam folder. That’s where I found MY purchased cards.
