Cannot access Rewards

When I click on "Redeem" in my AARP Rewards account, I am taken to a page which is for joining, not redeeming. Clicking on the button "Get Started" (the only clickable button on the page) sends me into an endless loop. How do I access my Rewards account for redemption?
