Can’t access my Royal Caribbean gift cards I purchased through AARP

I have 2 $500 Royal Caribbean gift cards that I can’t access when I click the link in from the email AARP sent to me.  They don’t expire, but I can’t access them.

Most of the email links to the gift cards expire after a certain amount of time.  The gift card isn't expired, just the link.  Contact AARP support, give them the information from the email (order #, date ordered) and they will email you a new link that works.

Renate @RenateW69623 , what is the BEST way to contact them in "your opinion" - post here, PM, chat or phone? Take care, Nicole  👵

I don't know if there is a best way to contact them.  When I needed to get new email links for gift cards, I have done it by chat.
