Yes, I received the newsletter and I also got another email from AARP regarding Hartford insurance and I clicked unsubscribe from this type of email, and it went to a page that said you have already submitted this survey ????

So tired of it all and they expect us to pay for membership when they have a website that has not worked properly in years ??? There is no way they're using qualified tech people, probably college kids doing it for free.

It took 2 months maybe to get it fixed? This was after them saying that it was "escalated" numerous times. You have to keep after them about it, a lot of times you're just getting a canned AI response.
