I am also having this issue. Transaction history says 2 redemptions with my first one being on 4-6. I did also try to get a card I have never gotten in the past & still the same message.

Same here. They can’t figure out how to fix this issue but they will be raise the membership price:

I am also getting this error for the last 2 days. This is too wide spread for this to be on our end. Again, this rewards program is failing & no one from aarp administration seems to be worried about how their members are being taken care of, or not ...
