Well, the GOOD NEWS is the floor in my Utility Room is NOW DRY and I let the NICE new Property Manager know. I can live with the HOLE IN THE WALL as he has his hands full from previous guy NOT fixing stuff. Really critical stuff!!!

Nearly 7am ET for me, still in bed (thinking of coffee) and 64 degrees here in Cave Spring, Virginia. A high of 70 at 3pm and NO RAIN!!!  💃💃💃

Well, my last day of the week of Retirement Peace as folks will be off from work and home celebrating their TGIF and the weekend.

Oh well, ALWAYS GRATEFUL when Monday arrives, unless it is a holiday = they RETURN to work.  💃💃💃

My daughter as far as I know is still Job Hunting since her 4/11/24 Surprise Same Day Mass Layoff at Harris L3 in Florida. I TRY  🙄🙄🙄  not to ASK if she has found anything = wait on her to tell me IF she has.  👍👍👍

Lol, still dealing with leak but was able to pull out NASTY insulation  🤮🤮🤮  out of wall and dump. Less water on floor and sent Property Manager an email with picture of hole in wall his Maintenance Guy left about 2 weeks ago. Got to luv them both I guess.  🤔🤔🤔

Well, an up-all-night - lol, so grateful I get to stay home = no need to be driving with no sleep.

Won $1 on one of my $1 Scratch Off Tickets and $3 on the other one. Yes, my $2 splurge every Tuesday when I head to Walmart for groceries.

I had NOT seen my friend (Walmart employee) for the LAST two visits. But learning to APPRECIATE the "random" things in my life. Well TODAY she was behind me and we hugged. A dear lady who is a Cancer Survivor. IF I had not decided to CHANGE to the OTHER Self-Checkout, I probably would NOT have ran into her.

Lol, was in one of my moods YESTERDAY [TUESDAY] MORNING and didnot want to deal with the staff at my usual Self-Checkout location.

My daughter in Florida finally finished working on her resume. Yes, after 5 years, her resume needed updating. Now to hope she finds something soon before her 5 weeks Layoff Severance runs out.

I also made it to water aerobics so I could catch up with a friend I hadn't seen for awhile. I did a Zumba class online and took a very good line dancing class through AARP. It's hard not to be happy when you are dancing!

A cancelled class for this evening allows me to have dinner with a friend so all is well.

I've done a lot of what Not to do when grieving. Lol Does everyone have suggestions of what not to do?  Thank you.
