I think the calls are a good idea for people who don't maintain a good, regular relationship with a primary care physician. For those of us who do, however, it's really annoying, and there should be a way we can opt out.

I've gotten a fair number of these calls on my home phone -- since signing up for United HealthCare last year -- and have spoken to someone once, a few weeks ago. I said I have a great relationship with my PCP (which I do) and didn't need the service...
