@grandmaloyd Do you belong to a church or other organized community like that?  That's often helpful for finding contacts who might be able to find you a job and be a reference.

Other jobs I'd try are library page, cashier at a grocery store, cashier or staff at Barnes and Noble or other book store, possibly driving for uber.   I'd try to meet with people in person and emphasize how reliable you are.  For certain jobs that hire younger people, they have high turnover because young people often leave quickly.  I'd sell your reliability.
