I keep seeing commercials on how beneficial using a Cubii would be and it appears to be very easy to setup and use. Also, seeing a person on one of the commercials that I know was a real RN (small world indeed) has made me wonder if the tauted benefits are "factual". I know that some movement is better than none, so does anyone have any experience with this item and have they found it helpful or harmful? Is there a different and better, highly portable option available? Does AARP health experts have any thoughts on this type of equipment?
