Getting points for Sudoku and Codeword is hit or miss. Some days I get for both games, some days for neither, and some days only one or the other. I can't understand why they can't fix it once and for all and claim that the problem lies with the ga...

I haven't been able to redeem since Jan. 17 after another breakdown during most of December. They kept saying 3-5 days after the request was escalated. I just cannot believe it has been over a month and NO ONE can seem to figure out why these errors...
