Just call them. I had similar issue where I deleted the email accidentally and they resent right away.Under "Contact Us" at bottom of page:Mon-Fri, 8am - 8pm ET1-888-687-2277

Yeah, it's tough. I have to resort to filling in with weekly and even monthly videos. But you have to keep track of which ones you have used already. Such as you pad Monday with certain weekly videos, Tuesday with different weekly videos, etc. On the...
