Getting error "Not enough points to redeem this reward." When doing instant win and sweepstakes. I have over million points, I sure do have enough points.

There used to be $50 and $25 and you could get 5 gift cards instead of 3 and you could get 3 of the same type of gift card. Sometimes there was a walmart gift card for $25, you could get $75 to Walmart. Those were the good old days.

I've been dealing with this issue since Nov, account gets disabled, then unlocked, then disabled, then unlocked, disabled then unlocked, and now disabled. I have sent multiple request to get this fixed and when I finally can start to do anything the ...
