Affected by Gentrification? How Has Your Community Helped?

Gentrification is the process whereby the character of an older urban area is changed by wealthier or younger people moving in, improving housing, and attracting new businesses, perhaps by displacing current inhabitants in the process because of escalation in living cost of the area such as property taxes.

 

There are pros and cons to the Gentrification of a neighborhood.
