I suddenly stopped receiving emails for newsletters. I chatted with an associate. After troubleshooting, the matter was being escalated and I was told I would receive a response in 3 - 5 business days. That was a week and a half ago and no response was received. I tried chatting again but it kept timing out on me. I tried calling and the associate said I should receive a confirmation email but have not then was told there is nothing more that can be done.
As no one can or will help, how to I have my membership cancelled and receive a refund?
