I now have experience with laballey.com because I ordered benzalkonium chloride from them.  Shortly after receiving my order, I received an email from them stating that, due to overwhelming demand, they will no longer accept new orders, except from long time customers.

Unfortunately for me, every drug store in my area (near Chicago) is out of isopropyl alcohol and it is unavailable from common online sellers such as Amazon and Ebay.  I suspect that the supply of isopropanol is being diverted to hospitals.  Had I known that this shortage would happen, I would have ordered a gallon from laballey.com.
