Getting out of bed ideas

Need ideas for getting dad out of bed 4/5x a day (gets up to -walk (assisted) to meals and  stands to urinate in the middle of the night. Doesn’t want to wear a diaper at night and has to stand).   Im worried I’ll hurt hurt my back.

looking for any videos or ideas ( he has limited mobility but so far can pull up some, so we use his rollator and he holds as we tip it), or an electric bed ( help him get up a bit) or a pulley on the ceiling?    Already have a pole.
