Disaster strikes -- are you prepared?

Members of the occupational therapy program at Wingate University are conducting a research study focusing on disaster preparedness for individuals with disabilities. We are interested in hearing from individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and health care providers. The survey link is posted and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this message or contact Amy Brewer (am.brewer612@wingate.edu) or Dr. Christine McConnell (c.mcconnell@wingate.ed).

Thank you for your time! Feel free to share this with others!

Thank you for this! Please, other AARP members, take this survey! I think, based on the questions, it will be important for our grand- and great-grand-children. Please consider taking this survey.
