Carnival Gift Cards

I ordered a $100 gift card for carnival on June 15th, however, I have not received them in my email. Today is June 17th. I have checked my every folder including my spam. 

I have read online that it can take up to a max of 24 hours.. and well, we are well passed that deadline.

I would love to buy more to pay for a cruise, and I had bought 1 just to test the waters. And well it has been sketchy at best.
