At&t Upcharges

Just want to let everybody know that sneaky at&t is charging an extra $5 per phone line if they cant get direct access to bank acct for payment. This is vodting me $15,extra per month when most other phone companies are charging less bi wont let them hsve this info because i had to file a bbb complaint when they tried to overcharge me in the past. 

Is everybody else having this issue too?  Power in numbers if we want to start a complaint log.
