$500 Carnival Gift Card Not Received

I ordered a $500 Carnival gift Card on 6/28 and still have not received it to my email. I’ve checked Spam/Junk Mail and nothing is there but the Charge has settled in my bank account. Customer Service told my husband something about a technical difficulty. I’m wondering if anyone else has recently experienced this, and how long it usually takes to resolve it. I was hoping to have the gift card for upcoming use for a cruise early next week. Any help is greatly appreciated.
